Duties and Taxes charges may apply at the discretion of customs. These charges differ from one country to the other; compliance with the law as regulated at the customer’s designated country is his responsibility alone, Adika shall not be held responsible in any way.
Cases where shipped orders were held in Customs due to refused VAT payments by customers may lead to sent-back orders, shipped back to Adika’s Warehouse. Should that be the case, Adika shall refund the purchase while charging for both outgoing and returning shipping fees, which will be deducted from the refund total.
Free returns on all US orders!
Costs of returns made anywhere outside of the US are at the expense of the customer of the designated country.
To ship an item back to ADIKA:
Kindly write us an email, mentioning the preferred form of refund (full refund or store credit) and send it to email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number, the name of the item/s you wish to return, along with your personal information.
Once we receive your email, we will email you back a return label, which should be placed on the back of your package. When ready, please drop the package off at the nearest USPS branch.
Items purchased from ADIKA will be eligible for a full refund as long as the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the refund amount doesn't include cost of shipping.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Regarding swimwear and lingerie please try on these items over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip and original tags.
Once your item arrives in our facility - your refund will be issued. Refunds can take 1-3 business days to be shown on your credit card account. This action will vary between your financial institutions.
