Duty charges may be applied at the discretion of customs. These charges differ from country to country and are the customer's responsibility.
Orders in which customers have "refused customs" or denied "custom charges" and the order is sent back to Adika will be refunded with both outgoing and returning shipping charges deducted from the refund total.

To ship an item back to ADIKA please:
Indicate in an email to email@example.com you would like to get a refund or store credit for the returned item. Please make sure you include your order number and the name of the item you would like to return.
We will send you back a return label which you will need to paste on your package and drop the package at the nearest FedEx/USPS branch.
Items purchased from ADIKA will be eligible for a full refund as long as the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the refund amount doesn't include cost of shipping.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Regarding swimwear and lingerie please try on these items over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip and original tags.
Once your item arrives in our facility - your refund will be issued. Refunds can take 1-3 business days to be shown on your credit card account. This action will vary between your financial institutions.
